I know furniture production from the inside — and I write software for it.
I bring order to the path from design to a packed order: QR labels on parts, scanning at every station, inventory and money tracking.
About me
I’m a furniture maker. I know how furniture comes to life: it’s designed in Bazis, boards are cut on the saw, edges are banded, holes are drilled, and then the parts are packed and shipped to the customer.
Every stage has the same problems: drawings get lost, parts get mixed up, and who did how much stays in a notebook. I’ve seen it first-hand, so I started writing software — first for myself. Now other furniture manufacturers use it too.
Tools: Bazis · GibLab · HOMAG BHX · Telegram bots · web apps
Projects
-
detalQR
QR labels and 3D
Upload a Bazis model to the Telegram bot and every part gets a QR label. A worker scans it with a phone and sees the part in 3D: dimensions, material, hardware, drilling layout.
-
MES PRO
Production tracking
For furniture factories. Every part is scanned at each station — saw, edge banding, drilling, packing — so you can see where each order is, and piece-rate pay is calculated from the scans.
-
SofTizim ERP
Sales, stock, money
Management system for manufacturing and wholesale: stock, sales and customer debts, cash, payroll, order costing — all in one place, in the browser.
